Via Aqua is a tourist and educational entertainment company based in Cascais marina. Our mission is to promote the development of aquatic citizens, to ensure they are physically and mentally adapted to safely work or play in the aquatic environment. We grown your confidence and experience, leading you from the pool to the ocean.
Training is outdoors, focused on developing multidisciplinary aquatic skills and an in-depth understanding of the environment. The training will reduce the risk of accidents and provide tools to enable you to intervene positively in emergency situations.
Training sessions, workshops and the guided exploration of the coast are the format employed to pass on this love for the ocean and its shores to others. The deep appreciation I have for this environment – which gave me schooling, recreation, sustenance and retreat – inspired me to set up Via Aqua to introduce to others this lifestyle and the well-being and personal development it provides.

- Swimming and aquafitness PT for all ages
- Waterman and Fitness training – Pilates and Kettlebell group sessions outdoors on a weekly basis
- Organization and customization of SUP/surf trips, guided tours and workshops
- The annual project “Escola do Mar” (Sea School)
- ALFA Project – Aquatic Literacy For All – free classes and workshops adapted for institutions and special groups
